Jaime was the visionary behind the Amaze Insights platform and leads company operations and expansion efforts. With a wealth of experience behind her, Jaime is widely recognized as a hospitality industry expert with a passion for helping companies increase their bottom-line revenues.

For more than 20 years, Jaime led a thriving international strategic consulting business and helped hundreds of top hotels, ownership groups, and management companies maximize success in the industry. Her signature mix of technology expertise and industry know-how made her a sought-after consultant, trainer, and speaker for leading hospitality companies. She grew a dynamic consulting team that empowered her clients to become more efficient, more productive, and more profitable.

Prior to consulting, she spent 15 years with Sheraton and Starwood Hotels and Resorts where she developed Delphi and sales process standards for both companies. Jaime was the founding president of the Washington State chapter of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International, and a founding member of the ITT Sheraton Technology Board and Starwood's Sales Administration Team.

Jaime lives in Washington State, where she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, gardening, baking and sampling new hobbies along the way.
